Instrument sets: cleft palate tray with Dingman retractor

Special Instruments: #9  periosteal elevator, red rubber catheter (sphincter pharyngoplasty only-ask)

Hypodermic needles: 27gauge needle

Syringes: 10 mL syringe

Drains: none

Suture: 4-0  chromatic RB – 1

Anesthesia on field:  yes, 1% lidocaine 1/100 K epinephrine

Dressing: none

Admission status: a. m. admit

Estimated time: one hour
